Believe it or not; breaking up can be one of the best things you can go through. Iím not joking! It really is a case of, a new break up a new you.
If youíve been in a long relationship you may have found that you slowly moulded into the other person without even thinking about it.
As harsh as it may seem the ending of your relationship could actually mean the beginning of the most interesting part of your life.
Of course, youíre going to think of the ten things you did together as a couple that you canít do anymore. This is perfectly normal and just like the grieving process.

Once you get over that you really need to start planning some new activities you can do on your own, or a new hobby.
Thereís plenty of things you can do rebuild your life without your ex and possibly they may involve new groups of people.
The idea is not to forget your ex ever existed but to enjoy time by yourself or with others discovering what makes you tick.
Some people decide to do some sort of sporting activity when they break from their exís and thatís great because turning your attention to sports will help you get into shapes as well as your mind focused.
Start listing things you like to do but maybe previously you wouldnít have done without your ex. From there for a plan of which activity to do that focuses on your needs. For example; do you need an activity to let out your aggression, or maybe one where you help people with something? Thereís an awful lot you can do other than crying into your pillow.
Donít feel inclined to get friends involved either because this is all about you standing on your own two feet and taking the world by storm.
