However if youíve made comments about your Ex boyfriendís friends, family, work or anything else that involves him you can be sure thatís most likely gnawed away at him.
Some women do get a kick out of being a bitch. Maybe thatís you? Maybe you felt it made you look stronger and more powerful? That couldnít be further from the truth. Of course you need to remember that as a woman itís good to stand your ground and be firm but there is a way of politely doing that. Being nasty for the sake of being nasty is not the best policy at all and you can bet that men know the difference.

The first thing you would need to do is cut knee jerk reactions in any comments you give out. The saying ëthink before you speak,í is something you really need to bear in mind on a regular basis. It is silly to suggest you wonít make the odd catty remark in general but it shouldnít be directed to your partner.
If something annoys us we often need more than ten minutes to calm down and actually hold our tongues. Itís always better to sleep on the situation if tempers have been heated.
The quicker you get out of the habit of saying bitchy things about people, (including your man) and actually think before you speak the quicker youíll be able to move forward and get your Ex back!
